POLICY AND TERMS OF SERVICE


Shipping policy

 

We are currently using USPS for domestic and international orders and DHL for international.

 

When you submit your order and receive an order number, that indicates that we have received it. Either the same day or the next day, you will receive your tracking number. This means that we have gone ahead and processed your order. Unless it is during the holiday season, it may take up to a few days for you to receive a tracking number.

 

Please allow up to two to three days for your tracking number to be updated by either USPS or DHL. Upon leaving our warehouse, the package is in the care of the mail service. It is not our responsibility. Your location may affect the shipping time.

 

During the off-season, June - September, delivery usually takes one to two days. When it is the holiday season, October - May, it may take longer so please make adjustments accordingly.

 

USPS or DHL may fail to deliver your package if your address is incomplete, or an apartment number is missing. In this case, we are not responsible for the failure, so please double-check your address.



Refund policy

Refunds & Cancellations - Due to the nature of our product and services we do not provide refunds or cancellations for any reason, including delays in shipping, back orders, or/once received. Should there be an error on our part, we will refund or cancel the order.

Exchange - Unless it is our fault, we do not provide a refund and/or exchange products for any event. The donations help us cover the venue and event expenses.  

Missing Item - Should you receive a missing item, please contact us within 5-7 days of delivery at info@theweekendatlavenderdreams.co to receive the missing item within a week. An image of the incorrect item as well as an image of the invoice must be sent to the email address provided.  It is not possible to send a replacement item if a photo or invoice is not provided. 

Incorrect Item - For an incorrect item, we must receive the wrong item back to send out your correct item. If we do not receive the item, we cannot send out your correct item.

AFTER THE EIGHTH-DAY TIMEFRAME, WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO REPLACE ANY MISSING OR INCORRECT ITEMS.

If an item is broken, please contact us within four days of receiving the item as we will need to document the situation.  Alternatively, you may file a claim with the United States Postal Service online at https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm. 

Lost, Stolen, Missing Package & Insufficient Addresses  - If a package is shipped correctly by Goddess Collection and it is lost or stolen, the shipper is not responsible. Whatever address you PROVIDE us, that is the address we use. It is necessary for you to submit a claim to the United States Postal Service online at https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm. . It may take up to two weeks for the claim to be processed. Unfortunately, if they do not accept responsibility, this issue is between you and the carrier.
